Order Official Transcript
Official Collin College Transcripts are processed by our third-party partner company Parchment. Collin College transcripts cost $5 each unless you choose to have the transcript expedited. Please see the Parchment website for current expedited prices. Students can order using their CWID number or social security number (if on student record).
If a student has the following type of holds they will need to resolve these issues prior to order:

Students can order now and request to hold for grades to ensure that the current term's grades are present or to hold for degree to make sure that their degree has been posted prior to release. Transcripts are released approximately four days after grades are due.
To view your unofficial transcript if a student in the past 12 months:
- Login to your CougarWeb account
- Click on the "Student" Tab
- Click on the "Credit-View Unofficial Transcript" link
- Transcript Type change to "Undergraduate Credit" (unless looking at Continuing Education transcript)
- Click "Submit"
